All our products come with a 2 years warranty certificate, please keep a copy of the invoice and your warranty certificate, you will need them for any claims.
You can return or exchange your product within 30 days. We provide product exchange or full refund.
To cancel your order, you can send an e-mail to sleep@fillego.com, with your order number and customer service representatives will get back to you.
If your order has already been shipped and it is on the way, you cannot cancel until the shipment has reached you. After the mattress has been delivered add the original invoice and follow the return conditions stated below.
Refund Conditions
Your return must comply with the Terms & Conditions of the Online Sales Contract (Articles 5 and 6)
The legal return period of the products is 30 days from the date of delivery. The products to be returned must be sent with all accessories and packaging materials and with the original invoice of the product.
Returns without an invoice are not accepted.
You can return your product for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
You can return the products that you are not satisfied with, within 30 days.
Your return cargo will be sent to us and reviewed by our returns department, and the fee will be deposited within 7-20 days, depending on your payment method and your bank.
Return Process
In order to be able to make returns, the information in the return section of the original invoice must be filled in completely, signed and sent to us with the product.
MNG (Aramex) will be directed to your address for the product you want to return. Once the product you have returned is received, it will first be examined by Fillego After Sales Service Experts, and if it meets the above-mentioned conditions, the return process will be initiated.
When the return is approved, the product fee will be returned to you within the legal period of 10 days. This period starts when Fillego receives your returned product.
In the case of defective product returns, if the defect is not caused by use, your product will be replaced with a new one or the product price will be refunded to you, depending on your request. You can return the products you think are defective (manufacturing defect) within 30 days from the date of receipt.
If a product is returned for being defective, and the defect is due to the use of the product, or if the product is found to be non-defective in the examinations performed by the quality control experts, the product will be returned to you at your own expense.
